How much does shipping cost?<\/summary>\n

Standard shipping is free on every order (5\u20138 working days). Express shipping costs \u20ac4.99 (3\u20135 working days). We only deliver within Germany.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How long does delivery take?<\/summary>\n

Standard: 5\u20138 working days, Express: 3\u20135 working days. The time counts from receipt of payment and includes 1\u20132 working days of processing.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I track my shipment?<\/summary>\n

Yes. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How can I pay?<\/summary>\n

You can see the available payment methods at checkout. Planned are bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal, credit and debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. More under Payment methods<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Why is there no VAT on your prices?<\/summary>\n

We are a small business under \u00a7 19 UStG. That's why we do not charge VAT. Our prices are final prices.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I withdraw from my order?<\/summary>\n

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The easiest way is via Withdraw from contract<\/a> or by email to support@furfriends.shop<\/a>. You bear the cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

My goods arrived damaged. What now?<\/summary>\n

Please send us photos of the packaging and goods with your order number to support@furfriends.shop<\/a>. We'll take care of a replacement or refund.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How is the product set up?<\/summary>\n
